Owner and Trainer

D3ZONE started as a drawing on paper and through (D3) Dedication, Determination, and Devotion I was able to turn my vision into a reality.  Born and raised on the westside of Detroit, I was fortunate enough to play multiple sports throughout my school years at Frank Cody High where I received my high school diploma.  Went on to play football and baseball at Olivet College, got to eat dinner with the president, and received a Legacy Award all while completing my bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management.  Fitness has been my passion and why I continue this journey as a personal trainer and have been professionally for 9 years.  I’ve been told all my life I have this energy about me that brings out the best of others so to use this to my advantage my goal is to help as many people as I can while allowing them to help me grow, learn, and provide them with the best knowledge and support as their trainer. One thing everyone has in common at our gym and the famous words we like to say is BRING THE JUCE!!!!

Manager and Trainer

Born and raised in Mason, MI where soccer became the first love of my life at 6 years old, and continued to play after graduating from Mason High School in 2005.  In 2006 I became a certified massage therapist, but I was unhappy and wanted more for myself.  In 2009 I decided to join the Navy and had an 11-year streak as an electrician working on ships, made it through 3 deployments, and gained many other skills such as firefighting, first aid, leadership, organization, and managerial skills.  Military service is mentally draining especially having to be away from family so fitness became my escape and stress relief.  Seeing firsthand, the mental health crisis in the Military I wanted to do more than stand on the sidelines and help my fellow brothers and sisters by giving them a chance to experience how fitness can change lives, so I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and began helping others right away. After a few incidents and being diagnosed with PTSD, my mental health was a priority, so I got out of the Navy in February 2021 and came back home. D3ZONE has given me the ability to grow as a trainer, be close to my family, continue my college courses in Business Administration and still pursue my own dreams.  Also, I am forever grateful for the opportunity to continue changing lives one lunge at a time!!

GOOD JUICE BABY!!!
