IS A HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING CLASS WITH A MIXTURE OF WEIGHTS, CARDIO, CORE, AND AGILITY EXERCISES. THIS CLASS IS GEARED UP TO HELP BRING THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF TO LIGHT! OUR COACHES WILL BE THERE TO PUSH YOU THROUGH THE FINISH LINE, LET’S GET THIS JUICE!!!
